Samsung's road to compete with Apple more smoothly. Proven vendor Galaxy series smartphones and tablets that managed to score a record by selling hundreds of millions of mobile phone units. This year, Samsung successfully sold 300 million units of the handset until the end of November. Average sales per day which is 820,000 units. These successes add to the list of achievements of the company which since 1988 has sold 1.6 million units worldwide handsets.
The increase this year more than last year where Samsung only managed to sell 280 million units. For next year, South Korean companies are ambitious to have a more significant increase. The biggest contributor to sales success is two series smartphone Samsung Galaxy S: the Samsung Galaxy S and Samsung Galaxy S II.
